- 2000 GMC Safari Extended Cargo AWD, 125K miles - AWD needs a new clutchpack ($250 + labor) - I added another leaf to the rear spring last year - Interior paneled with 3/8" plywood, operating table is 3/4" birch plywood, carpet, includes boat chairs
- A set of 4 Interstate U2300 6 volt golf-cart batteries in series-parallel since new - mounted in battery box midships, boat switches to isolate from vehicle and radios independently - purchased 2010, always on charger
- Jacobs Accuvolt boost converter and high-quality sine wave inverter in W3IY-designed shielded box, with high current feedthroughs for 12V paths - wired into power system though boat switch and 125A fuse
- Two Yeasu G800-DXA 450 degree rotators, one of which has the RotorCard DXA from Idiom Press installed. Front rotator is custom-mounted to center of front bumper, rear is on a custom hitch-mount
- Front mast with 6' FO-style yagis for 144, 222, 432, with LMR400 feedlines running to the rear patch panel. Moxon for 50 got eaten by trees, but you can have the carcass - easily rebuilt - and there's also a 12' FO on the rear above the H-frame
- Rear mast is a 20' crankup mil-surplus lighting mast mounted on custom hitch-mount and makeshift thrust bearing, new H-frame made of square fiberglas (2"H x 1.5"V) and 1/2" Al milled plates with 12' loop yagis for 903, 1.2, 2.3, 3.4G
- Cables for rear mast include relays top and bottom to switch 903-3.4G through a single LMR600 run, LMR400 to 144 FO at the top, 8 RG174 runs and control and power for your microwave stuff
- High-quality audio system to make the drive between rover sites more enjoyable, fire extinguisher, rover supply kit (TP, Ben's 30% deet for Deal Island, first aid kit, bottle of motrin, tire plug kit, sunscreen)
- GPS antenna and splitter, metering of charge current from vehicle, metering of battery (V and A), power distribution stuff as shown in pics, currently registered and located in CT close to NYC
- Note: Asking price means just what it says .. I'm negotiable (to a point) and I'd really like to see it continue life as a rover ..
